Clinical Study: r2m 30-Day vs Mediterranean Diet

Below are some results in a clinical study that was conducted in two phases at Skidmore Collage by Dr. Paul Arciero, FACSM, FTOS, FISSN. Phase 1 lasted for 12 weeks where participants followed the 30-day system. Phase 2 ran from weeks 13 – 64. Half of the participants stayed on the 30-day, while the other half consumed a Mediterranean Diet. For the duration of the tests, no one was allowed to exercise – the scientists didn’t want exercise to influence muscle gain or improvements to metabolic health markers.
